non-discrimination, altruism, legality, ethics and austerity.<\/b><\/h3><p>Amongst the Foundation\u2019s main objectives is helping <strong>disadvantaged groups at a national and international level<\/strong>, taking into account the capacities and resources available and prioritizing areas where this help would be most effective.<\/p><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>In its social and development aid, the Foundation follows the following principles:<\/p><ul><li>Acts <b>independently<\/b>, as it is not linked to any institution.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It does not seek to proselytize or find &#8220;adherents&#8221; or convert anyone.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It follows the Buddhist philosophy, in line with <b>universal humanist values<\/b>.<\/li><li>Follows the principle of <b>general benefit<\/b>, <b>without discrimination<\/b>, not taking into account culture, race, beliefs &#8230; Its actions are <b>impartial<\/b>, <b>neutral<\/b>, <b>non-denominational<\/b> and <b>apolitical<\/b>.<\/li><li>Adopts the commitment of <b>altruism<\/b>, the northeastern Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh due to its precarious situation and low schooling, with minorities and refugees, and because the Foundation has the means and knowledge to start in the area.<\/b><\/h3><p>The Foundation has started its activities in development aid projects in disadvantaged populations in villages near its center of Geyje Norling, near the city of Tawang, located in the State of Arunachal Pradesh in India.\u00a0This state is located in the northeast of India in the eastern foothills of the Himalayas, which for centuries belonged to Tibet. In the state of Arunachal Pradesh, there is a high rate of poverty and illiteracy and a low level of schooling\u00a0<\/b>amongst the population of the villages<\/h3><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>This state is one of the poorest in India, with a very high illiteracy rate.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>Therefore any action there has a big impact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-906c502 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"906c502\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-572a951\" data-id=\"572a951\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9908e1c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9908e1c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Most of the population works in subsistence farming , especially of a migratory or itinerant nature.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The terrain is <b>very mountainous<\/b>, at the foothills of the Himalayas, and the configuration of the population is of a <b>high number of tribes and villages<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Added to this is the relatively recent arrival of new populations from nearby problematic areas, such as the <b>Chakma<\/b>, originally from nearby Bangladesh, from where they were forced to emigrate due to the construction of a dam and due to different political conflicts that affected them.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The average income of a Chakma family is around \u20ac 30 in a month, well below the poverty line<\/p><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>In a some parts of the area <b>there is no electricity, proper roads or running water<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Having to get water from wells and rivers, they frequently suffer from diseases.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><b>Hospitals are few, far and difficult for village people to access<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>The schools are usually located in cities far from the towns and are often inaccessible to the populations of the villages<\/strong>.\u00a0Regarding religions, the inhabitants practice Hinduism, Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, animism &#8230;<\/p><h3><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>3. It also reduces poverty and malnutrition, increases health and decreases the need to migrate or to become a refugee.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This helps <strong>sustainability and global stability<\/strong>.<\/p><p>In addition, when girls are incorporated into schools, the problems of early and non-consensual marriages and the high number of children who cannot be supported are reduced.<\/p><p>In the cities of Arunachal Pradesh there is a certain base of schools and colleges for primary education and to a lesser extent for secondary education. We have the organization that guarantees the effectiveness of our action<\/b><\/h3><ul><li><p>Personnel available in situ for the management and execution of the projects: they are monks who are knowledgeable about the place, they have no family obligations, they are motivated and available to help, and they are trustworthy due to their status as monks with vows of austerity.\u00a0They maintain close communication with the monks who manage the Foundation in Spain.\u00a0 They also have qualified support people in the area.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Global management of projects from the Foundation (this will be audited and accredited from its first year of operation)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><p>In-depth knowledge of the area of \u200b\u200baction by the trustees \/ directors of the Foundation<\/p><\/li><li><p>Punctual support for verification and help from the Center of the Foundation in Madrid<\/p><\/li><li>Global economic aid (people and companies from different countries) channeled through the Foundation<\/li><\/ul><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>5. Donations are applied in their entirety to the beneficiaries<\/b><\/h3><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><b>All donations for a project are applied in full to their destination<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The personal and living expenses of the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>directors of the Foundation, the management and maintenance expenses of the two centers, travel and stays are covered by the contributions of people for the teachings and practices they receive , and not by project donations.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The facilities in the Madrid center are owned by the Foundation, as they form part of the founding capital, which means that operating costs are low.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Geyje Norling center in India belongs to the monks.<\/p><p>Projects covered by crowdfunding are not covered by any other donation source. The traceability of the origin and application of funds in each project is recorded.<\/p><h3><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>SUMMARY<\/strong><\/h3><p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The focus is on the schooling of girls and boys from families in precarious situations in the area of \u200b\u200bvillages and refugees within the mountainous state of Arunachal Pradesh.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The Foundation has chosen this area of \u200b\u200bIndia for its initial projects for the following reasons:<\/p><ul><li><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>High impact for being <b>one of the poorest and most depressed areas of India<\/b>, far from the traditional focus of attention.<\/li><li>Existence of <b>some population of extreme poverty and minimal living conditions<\/b>, such as the villages of the different tribes and the new Chakma settlers, with <b>refugee<\/b> status, settled for a few generations, but not fully recognized or accepted, in an area that is itself very poor .<\/li><li><b>Proven contribution of schooling projects<\/b> to local development and the reduction of hardship and suffering.<\/li><li><strong>Availability of trusted people on site<\/strong> for project execution: Geyje Norling monks.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>These people know the area and its customs and their occupation as monks guarantees their dedication and commitment and gives security to the application of funds.<\/li><li><b>Knowledge of the area, its population and its customs <\/b>by the director monks of the Foundation.<\/li><li><b>Direct application of all donations to projects<\/b>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
